1) Partner & Channel Notice

Spacewavy Co., Ltd. (including the Wavyroom brand) (“Spacewavy/Wavyroom”) is a Korea-based manufacturer of modular products. We sell products only to approved partners/resellers (“Partners”).
No Direct Sales to End Customers
Spacewavy/Wavyroom does not sell directly to individual end customers through this website and does not enter into end-customer contracts. End customers must purchase through and contract with an authorized Partner in their region.
Partner Responsibilities
Partners are independent businesses and are responsible for:
• contracting with end customers and providing all required local consumer disclosures;
• pricing, taxes, and local compliance obligations in their market;
• confirming permits/HOA/zoning/building code requirements and advising end customers;
• site preparation coordination and installation management (unless otherwise agreed in writing);
• first-line customer support and intake of service requests.
No Authority to Bind Spacewavy/Wavyroom
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by Spacewavy/Wavyroom, Partners do not have authority to make promises, warranties, or representations on behalf of Spacewavy/Wavyroom beyond Spacewavy/Wavyroom’s published policies and written contracts.

2) Permit, HOA & Zoning Disclaimer

Permit requirements, zoning rules, building codes, and HOA/community restrictions vary by jurisdiction (country/state/province/city/county). Spacewavy/Wavyroom does not represent or guarantee that any product is “permit-free” in any specific location.
Responsibility of Partners and End Customers
Partners and end customers are solely responsible for:
• verifying all applicable permits, approvals, inspections, and compliance obligations before purchase, delivery, or installation;
• ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning ordinances, setbacks, utility requirements, and land-use regulations;
• obtaining any HOA approvals and complying with CC&Rs or similar community restrictions.
No Liability for Non-Compliance
Spacewavy/Wavyroom is not responsible for delays, additional costs, fines, removal orders, rework, or losses arising from permit, zoning, building code, or HOA non-compliance.
3) Installation & DIY Disclaimer

Spacewavy/Wavyroom products may be installed by Partners, end customers, or third-party contractors depending on the local delivery model. Installation results and safety depend on site conditions and workmanship.
Site Preparation & Conditions
Unless expressly included in a written agreement, site preparation is the responsibility of the Partner/end customer, including:
• foundation/pad preparation (if required), drainage, and grading;
• safe access for delivery equipment (clearance, turning radius, overhead lines);
• confirming underground/overhead utilities and site hazards.
Professional Services Recommended
We strongly recommend using qualified licensed professionals where required by local law (foundation, electrical, plumbing, crane/rigging, and other regulated work). Improper installation may cause injury, property damage, or non-compliance.
No Responsibility for Third-Party Work
Spacewavy/Wavyroom is not responsible for installation workmanship, site work, utility connections, or modifications performed by Partners, end customers, or third parties unless expressly assumed in a signed written agreement.
Safety Notice
Always follow local safety requirements and use appropriate protective equipment. Do not attempt lifting, rigging, or electrical work without qualified professionals.
4) Limited Warranty (1-Year) (1년 제한보증)

1-Year Limited Warranty (Partner Purchasers Only)
This limited warranty is provided by Spacewavy/Wavyroom only to the Partner that purchased the product directly from Spacewavy/Wavyroom (“Partner Purchaser”). The warranty period is one (1) year from the delivery date to the Partner Purchaser, unless a different period is stated in a written agreement.
What This Warranty Covers
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.
Remedies
At Spacewavy/Wavyroom’s option, we may:
• repair the defect; or
• replace the product or the defective component; or
• provide replacement parts.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, this warranty does not include labor, re-installation, freight, crane/rigging, site work, utility reconnection, permits, or third-party service costs.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues not affecting function;
• misuse, abuse, alteration, unauthorized repairs;
• improper installation, improper site preparation, or improper foundation/pad;
• damage from weather or events of nature (e.g., flood, fire, earthquake, storm);
• mold/mildew caused by site conditions, pest damage;
• damage caused by moving/handling by unauthorized parties;
• third-party workmanship or services.
How to Make a Claim
Partners must email support@spacewavy.com with:
proof of purchase, delivery date, product identification (serial/ID), and photos/videos showing the issue.
Claims should be made within a reasonable time after discovery.
End Customer Notice
End customers must contact their local Partner for service. Any warranty or service promises made by a Partner to an end customer are the Partner’s responsibility, subject to mandatory local laws.
